Financial planning for start-ups - introduction

A strong business idea + detailed, coherent financial planning = a solid business foundation. Many founders dread the preparation of financial planning. In our seminar, we will go through the individual components of financial planning step by step and look at how you can independently create the financial planning for your business plan.

We go into the following points in detail:

• Investment plan: What equipment should be purchased?
• Cost planning: What running material and personnel costs are to be expected?
• Turnover planning: What turnover is planned?
• Profitability plan: an initial income statement. Here you compare the expected turnover with the costs and determine the profit.
• Liquidity plan: a list of the cash flow, based on the profitability plan:
• income and expenditure are entered here in the months in which you expect them.
• Financing plan: How much external capital is required for investments and initial working capital that is not yet covered by initial sales?

Prospective founders and founders of the Business Plan 2024 are taught the structure for financial planning when setting up a business. Using catchy examples, the participants should find it easier to understand the content conveyed. The aim is to enable you to create the financial planning for your business plan independently.
