Using the LEGO® Serious Play method and materials, the status quo of your own business concept is visualized: whether you are at the beginning or want to reflect on your advanced concept, the creativity technique serves as an intuitive method and is open-ended. It helps you to develop your own concept in broad strokes or to further specify and structure what you have already developed. Results could be: sharpening your own focus, identifying open aspects or reflecting on whether my initial focus is still the same.
The workshop takes place shortly before the writing workshop and the 3rd deadline for submitting the business plan. The results of the LEGO® presence workshop provide a good starting point for the final or initial fine-tuning of a business concept. You will be guided through the creative process by Anett Lommatzsch.
The workshop takes place in cooperation with the 1A Gründungszentrum.

Anett Lommatzsch (manus ordinans)
Anett Lommatzsch has been working as a facilitator in sustainable organizational and strategic development since 2011. Here she focuses on change management and business innovation for start-ups and SMEs. She is an HU alumna and holds a master's degree in English/American Studies, Political Science and Sociology. Through her qualifications in results-oriented coaching (abf e.V.) and as a train-the-trainer (IHK Berlin) as well as in management (TÜV Nord Akademie) and in agile working methods such as Design Thinking (HPI) and Lego® Serious® Play, she combines different approaches in the process as required.
