In the second part of the market analysis, you will find out further advantages of your offer and analyze your competition. With the help of the SWOT approach, you will discover weaknesses and strengths, opportunities and risks. We also calculate the market potential in a sample example. You will receive a checklist to help you fill any gaps afterwards. As we will be carrying out exercises together, it would be great if you would actively participate.
