Social BMC - Develop your business idea

In this interactive and practice-oriented seminar, you will immerse yourself in the world of business model development for social enterprises. You will learn how to use the Social Business Model Canvas method to develop innovative and sustainable business models for your social enterprise.

Seminar content:

• Introduction to the concept of the Social Business Model Canvas: You will receive a clear overview of the method and its significance for the development of business models in the social sector.
• The nine building blocks of the model: Step by step, you will learn how the different building blocks of the canvas interact and which elements are crucial for the success of social enterprises.
• Practical exercise to apply the canvas: In an interactive exercise, you will apply what you have learned directly to your own ideas or existing projects and develop concrete business models with a sustainable impact.
