Social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Co - not only allows you to present yourself well on the internet, but also to communicate directly with your customers. Social media tools turn a one-way broadcast into a dialog, a random visitor into a customer. You don't even have to have a sales pitch, but can present your expertise via videos, texts or audios: this is how you can become an opinion leader in your field. And guess where the customer ends up buying? Where they feel they are talking to the most competent provider who has taken the time to talk to them.

In this webinar, we will show you how to approach your customers correctly and how to present your expertise on Facebook, Tiktok and the like.
