Do you have a business idea and are wondering whether you can implement it better or faster with an existing company?

In this online seminar, we will give you an overview of how a company succession and a company purchase generally works. As the first seminar in the Succession Week, you will also get an initial overview of the other topics that should be addressed in a company succession.

Company succession differs in many ways from founding a new company. One key difference is that it is a project that is run by two parties - the transferor and the transferee. Accordingly, the process often begins much earlier on the handover side with the preparations.

Company succession requires the takeover of the business shares, i.e. - unless the company is inherited or given away - a company purchase. The typical phases of the purchase of a company (M&A, mergers and acquisitions) are also covered in the seminar.

To conduct the online event, we will use the video conferencing tool of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. You can find information on data protection here: https://zoom.us/docs/en-us/privacy-and-legal.html. By participating in the event, you agree to this data processing.

This workshop will be held in german.
