Company succession: valuation and financing

Have you found a company that you would like to take over and are wondering what the purchase price will be and how it can be financed?

In this online seminar, we will give you an overview of how companies can be valued and where the difference between value and price lies. We will also show you how the financing of a business succession is structured and which building blocks you can use for this.

Most company successions are carried out by selling the company from the previous owner to the successor. To do this, both parties must agree on a purchase price, among other things. You should value the company beforehand so that you know the maximum purchase price that is acceptable to you.

Once you have an idea of the value of the company, you can also consider how you want to finance the purchase price. There are various components that you can combine.
