Have you found a company that you want to buy and are wondering what you need to look out for when checking the documents?
In this online seminar, we will give you an overview of due diligence, which should be carried out as part of every company purchase.
“Due diligence” stands for conscientious examination and describes a thorough examination of all value-relevant facts of the company to be acquired. It is carried out on the basis of documents that are usually made available by the seller in a so-called data room.
Due diligence (DD) can be divided into different areas, e.g. financial DD, legal DD or tax DD. The results of the DD are included in the company valuation and thus in the binding offer. In the online seminar, you will learn more about the importance of DD and what forms it takes.
To conduct the online event, we will use the video conferencing tool of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. You can find information on data protection here: https://zoom.us/docs/en-us/privacy-and-legal.html. By participating in the event, you agree to this data processing.
This workshop will be held in german.
