In this online seminar, we will give you an overview of how you can use M&A as a tool to achieve your strategic goals.

The strategic management of a company includes the formation of strategic goals, the formulation and implementation of strategies to achieve them and strategic control. The sale of subsidiaries or parts of the company that do not generate the expected return or do not fit the strategy can free up the necessary funds to make investments that fit the strategy. Synergy effects can be achieved through the purchase of a company.
