Have you found a company that you would like to take over and are wondering how the negotiation will proceed and what you need to consider?

In this online seminar, we will give you an overview of how the purchase price can be structured and how to best prepare for the negotiation. The purchase price for the acquisition of a company can be structured to a much greater extent than that of a normal product. In this seminar, we will show you key approaches to this. However, you cannot determine the purchase price and all other conditions on your own, you have to negotiate them with the seller. We will show you how to do this, what you should look out for and what pitfalls there are.

To conduct the online event, we will use the video conferencing tool of Zoom Video Communications, Inc. You can find information on data protection here: https://zoom.us/docs/en-us/privacy-and-legal.html. By participating in the event, you agree to this data processing.

This workshop will be held in german.
