As a founder, how can I improve my negotiation performance and optimize my negotiation results? 

Negotiations are exchange processes in which the parties involved at least partially pursue different goals. In the workshop, you will learn about systematic negotiation management in order to sustainably increase your negotiation success. Negotiating is not a skill that you have or don't have, but can be improved in a targeted manner. There are simple scientific tools and methods that can be used in any negotiation situation, provide structure and give negotiators confidence during the process. In addition to the theoretical basics, the workshop will focus on the practical application of the content and interactive discussions.

The seminar takes place in cooperation with Universität Potsdam, Potsdam Transfer.
